XG65 underground diaphragm wall hydraulic grab adopts hydraulic telescopic crawler chassis with a developed width of 4,500mm, which is safe and stable during construction. The whole machine has compact layout, a small turning radius of 4,400mm, and fast turning speed, making it highly adaptable to construction in urban areas. 6.5m low headroom configuration is optional for work in height restricted places. The double winch with single-layer rope structure ensures long service life of wire rope, and reduces equipment use costs. It has fast impact-grab function, and fast winch speed with a maximum lowering speed of 75m/min, which ensure strong construction ability and high efficiency in hard formations. The long guided low resistance grab body has little impact on trench walls and is safe and reliable in construction. 300mm grab body is optional for ultra-thin anti-seepage wall construction. The standard 1400kN thrust oil cylinder and optional 1800kN oil cylinder enhance the ability to break hard formations such as mudstone and iron sand soil, and improve construction efficiency.
